From Surfin' Safari to Sippin' Safari

Ahhh, we're always coming up with fun stuff to do in California. Our friends at Cass Winery in Paso Robles are offering up a really unique event; Safari Weekend.

On Friday & Saturday, May 18th and 19th, for those that dare…. they will be having a full weekend of fun, food and sun at the winery.

Team Cass will provide all the creature comforts of home…. ummm, almost.

The camping arrangements include a delectable Safari dinner, two hearty breakfasts, and a Safari Survivor Dinner on Saturday.

The camp site is in the middle of the vineayard under a giant oak tree and hot showers are provided, M*A*S*H style, on the crush pad (or is that "crash pad") of the winery.

The tents are tall enough that you can stand uop in them and the beds are comprised of double high air mattresses with comforters, so leave your sleeping bags at home. Pith helmets optional.

The classic Chrysler limo pictured above is the Offical Ground Transportation of Cass Winery. For more information and tickets, please eMail Erin at
